Independent Cycle Tours New Zealand Booking Policy

As we are not able to guarantee bookings, due to the high demand on accommodation in many areas, we do not provide an instant booking service. Also for this reason, we do not ask for a deposit until we have discussed your requirements fully with you.

Please send us an email telling us exactly what you require. Include the number of cyclists and each person's gender, height and fitness level.

Feel free to ask about any additional requirements; for example, vegetarian, deluxe accomodation, share twin or double room, want to join up with others, want us to design a personal tour, include adventure activities, camper van or equipment hire, any allergies to animals (in case of pets in B&Bs) etc.

We will email you a suggested itinerary, costs, and options within 3 working days.

As experienced cyclists, we have put together a range of options and extras to suit the needs of anyone considering New Zealand as a travel destination.
